1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Home Tuition Lahore website (“we”, “us”, “our”) or engaging our tutoring services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We offer home and online tutoring services for students of all levels (primary to university) in Lahore, Pakistan, and online for Pakistani students abroad. Subjects include Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, Computer Science, Accounting, Economics, Urdu, O/A‑Levels, and more.

  • All tutors are background‑verified and qualified.
  • We do not guarantee specific grades or exam results; success depends on student effort and consistency.
  • We reserve the right to substitute a tutor with an equally qualified professional if necessary.

3. Bookings & Free Demo

We offer a 1‑hour free demo class to help you evaluate the tutor. After the demo, if you wish to continue, you must confirm the tutoring schedule and fee package. No obligation to continue after the demo.

  • Demo classes are strictly one per student/family.
  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancelling any paid session.

4. Fees & Payment

Tuition fees are discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of regular classes. Payment terms:

  • Monthly packages or per‑session rates are available.
  • Fees must be paid in advance for the upcoming month (or as agreed).
  • Late payments may result in suspension of classes.
  • All fees are non‑refundable except in cases of service failure by Home Tuition Lahore.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • By Parent/Student: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session will be charged as a full session. Advance notice of 24 hours or more allows rescheduling at no extra cost.
  • By Tutor / Home Tuition Lahore: If we cancel a session for any reason, we will reschedule at no cost or provide a refund for that session.
  • No refunds for partially completed monthly packages except in extreme circumstances (evaluated case by case).

6. User Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe and conducive learning environment for in‑home tutoring.
  • Ensure reliable internet connection and device for online sessions.
  • Treat tutors with respect; any abusive or inappropriate behaviour may lead to immediate termination of services without refund.
  • Communicate any learning difficulties or special needs before the first session.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect personal information (name, contact details, address) solely for the purpose of providing tutoring services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except when required by law. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Home Tuition Lahore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding three months.

We are not responsible for:

  • Technical issues (internet outages, device failures) during online sessions.
  • Injuries or accidents occurring during in‑home tuition sessions.
  • Academic outcomes or exam results.

9. Tutor Conduct & Safety

All tutors undergo identity and background verification. However, parents/guardians are encouraged to remain present during in‑home sessions for younger children. Any misconduct by a tutor should be reported immediately to our support team at +92‑370 466 0 633.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, images) is the property of Home Tuition Lahore and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. Study materials provided by tutors are for personal use only.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.
